Payment Method

We accept these following payment options 
1. Bank Transfer (BCA/Mandiri) 

After payment has been done, simply click on Confirm Payment link at the right-top of the webstore. 

You will be asked to sign in with your current account.

After signed in, click Confirm Payment On My Orders then select the order you've paid. 

Fill in all the details and done! You will received a shipping schedule and an email with shipment tracking code will automatically sent once shipment done.

Shipping Method

We use following courier services :
• Domestic: JNE ( or TIKI ( )
• International order :

Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 1 - 5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days).
International Orders: Please allow 5 - 15 working days for international shipping.

When placing your order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.

Please allow 1 day maximum after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day. If it's possible we will send it right away after we check your payment.

We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer. PLEASE NOTE: We're unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment.

You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

Shipping Schedule :

JAKARTA AREA: Estimated delivery times: 1-3 working days after shipment.
OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA: Estimated delivery times: 2-5 working days after shipment.
INTERNATIONAL: Estimated delivery times: 5-15 working days after shipment.
Delay might occur during public holidays.

• Please refer to for domestic rates. International rates are upon request.
• International rates may change based on exchanged rate. Shipping cost will appear together with your total after check out.
• Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page.

• We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after JNE delivers to the address.
• We do not take responsibility if JNE can't deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in the 'Track Order' links at the top of the page and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.
• Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order(s).

Once your order has been shipped via JNE,TIKI (domestic) and CITILINK (international),your tracking information can also be found by logging into your account and viewing your orders.

All personal information you provide during registration will be used to process your orders and to keep your personal details for next purchases. We encourage you to sign-up for newsletter. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new items, and other store-related events.

When you visit, we do not collect your personal information until you register and order with us.

Shopping Online
Shopping online at is easy. Select the items you would like to buy, click "Add To Bag" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Click "Next step billing information" it will guide you through the entire purchase process.

You will receive an order confirmation and order id by e-mail once your order has been successfully transmitted. Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

In addition, a shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your shipment.

Item Availability
All items on are in stock unless noted otherwise. If the item is out of stock and waiting to be restocked, you will be given the option to request email notification when the item is available again for sale.

We make every effort to keep our system updated. Orders with out of stock items will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email or phone. If your order has been cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you have the option to change to other items or receive a full refund.


If payment has not been made within 1 days from the order date, your order will be automatically cancelled. For example, if you order on the 1st, the latest payment is on the 1st otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Payment can be made via bank transfer to our BCA and MANDIRI account and PAYPAL for international customers.

Once payment has been made, you must confirm your payment through our website by clicking "Confirm Payment" icon and submit your order id. After we received your payment, we will ship your order the next working day.

Order Status
You can check your order status by clicking "Track Order" and submit your order id. If the order has been shipped, you can expect to receive your package in approximately 1-3 working days for domestic and 5-10 working days for international.

Shipping Policy
To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your bag and proceed to check out. You will be able to view the shipping cost on the page of check out process.

Missmarinashop ships domestic packages via TIKI or JNE. Regular service is 2-4 days. Fast service is 2 days delivery. For international delivery, we use EMS (5-10 working days). Shipment will be processed the next day after we receive your payment. All packages are shipped during business days only three times a week (Monday - Wednesday - Friday).
